A Few Things to Remember

Approximately 2 weeks before your treatment, we would like to receive some information about your health history. This includes any medications you are currently taking, any pre-existing health conditions, whether you use tobacco products, and any other types of health regimes you are following. You can simply call our office at (518) 438-0505 to give us this important information or complete our patient information form and health history online.

When you call, we will discuss with you the types of photographs of yourself that we would like in order to estimate your specific needs and start planning your surgery. It is important that you travel with someone who will be able to offer you any necessary assistance following your treatment and release.

Your Stay Will Be as Short as Possible

For our out-of-town patients, we arrange all appointments and medical procedures to occur successively. This optimizes your time, eliminates unnecessary traveling, and shortens your stay to just a few days after your procedure has been successfully completed. We will talk with you more about this when you contact us with your medical information.

Taking the train to the Albany/Rensselaer station is a convenient way to travel to our offices. Taxis are available to bring you from the station to our offices at 1365 Washington Avenue.
