Patient with an absence of the larger part of the major muscle of the chest, the pectoralis major, a nondevelopment of the breast and typical smaller aerolar complex on the side affected, underwent a 280cc silicone smooth-gel implant on the right side. This cannot go under the muscle because there is none with Poland's Syndrome. There are many other ways to treat this condition, including the rotation of the muscle from the back (the lattismus dorsi muscle) and using an implant.
