62 year-old lady with very deep furrow of the chin crease. Radiesse is excellent for this type of depression. One syringe of Radiesse can fill this type of crease for 1-2 years. Done under local nerve block in the office. Shown at 3 weeks post injection. Note the softer look to the crease and the blending of the chin furrow area such that an observer would not have this as a focus area.
