Middle-aged man with moderately severe rhinophyma. You can imagine what this patient has to endure with the nasal presentation. The contouring and shaping of the nose is truly one of the most rewarding of the procedures that we do. To give this man back his nasal shape and seeing it develop as one "shapes" the nose at the operating table is a wonderful feeling for the surgeon and the entire operating room team. Shown 2 months post op.
