34 year-old man with significant Polands Syndrome deformity (absence of the chest muscle - the Pectoralis Major). Note that the patient has a remnant of the nipple on the affected side. This is advanced downward at the same time as the reconsruction. Now seen 4 months post-op with the nipple complex reconstructed and in the area that it belongs.
