This 29 year-old lady presented several months prior to being married. She had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck/liposuction. The 420 cc moderate profile saline implants were placed in the submuscular position through an incision at the crease of the breast. During the consultation, the patient and I reviewed over 30 cases to detemine the size that would be proper for her. This decision is one of the most important parts of the consult. Implants are shown and the process of elimination allows us to very much narrow down to the right implant size. Note that the patient is quite shapely at this point and needless to say . . . happy patient . . . happy doctor. Shown here at 3 months post op. Enjoys shopping!!!!!
