This 33 year old-patient has scoliosis and small breasts. She desires to have a more natural look in the breast area and add to her other shapely body contours. With an augmentation, the scoliosis (note that you can see under her right arm more so than the left . . . thus showing the back muscle on the right and not on the left) can be "disguised" and not be noticeable whatsoever. A 420 cc implant was used and inflated to 475 ccs in the submuscular position with an incision at the crease. Shown 4 months post op. Note that the patient still has a slight tipping of the chest from the scoliosis, but she is not concentrating on this whatsoever when shopping. Note the tan lines of confidence.
