This woman lost a significant amount of weight and was left with excess skin of her torso. In addition, she lost a lot of breast volume, creating saggy, deflated breasts. This was corrected with a circumferential body lift and a breast lift with implants. This was done as a single operation on an outpatient basis. The thighs will be done at a later date.
