Abdominoplasty, buttocks and thigh liposuctioning. Youthful woman with abdominal wall laxity corrected by tightening the muscles and removing the excess skin by a “mini-abdominoplasty”. Removal of fat alone is not enough if there is weak muscle tone. Tightening of this muscle needs to be performed and can be accomplished by a small incision in the supra-pubic region as an outpatient. The patient also showed improvement in the thigh area following liposuctioning.
