Facial surgery (mini-face lift, liposuction, and chin implant). The upper portion of this patients’ face has retained a very youthful configuration. Therefore I focused my rejuvenation surgery to the lower aspects of her face. Her main concern was her neck fullness and lack of jaw projection. By liposuction, redraping and removal of excess lower facial and neck skin, and complimenting this with a small chin implant her goals and expectations were met and exceeded. By redraping the lower facial tissue in an upward fashion, more fullness is replaced to the cheek bone area, giving the patient a more youthful configuration.
