Facial surgery – Liposuctioning of the neck with chin implant. Young patient with hereditary “matronly neck” line. Improved with an outpatient procedure to remove the excess neck and jowl fat by liposuction and a small chin implant to improve jaw contour. The transformation pleased both of us. There is a major change in the neck profile and a redraping of the redundant neck skin following removal of the excess fat by liposuction. A very pleased patient and a much more youthful neck and jaw line can be appreciated following this outpatient procedure.
