Dr. Lynch received his B.S. majoring in Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. He received his M.S. in Physical-Organic Chemistry and held leadership positions in many Research Organizations in Medicine. He has publications in various journals including Hetercyclic Chemistry, General Surgery, Urology and Plastic Surgery and co-authored a chapter on Nasal reconstruction in Richard Stark's book on Surgery of the Head and Neck.
Dr. Lynch graduated from the The University of Kentucky Medical School and during this time he did specialized training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He furthered his training in General Surgery at the Upstate Medical School in Syracuse, New York to be eligible for and then receive his board certification in general surgery.
He then continued his Plastic Surgery Training at the Albany Medical Center with post graduate specialized training at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Lynch did further training in plastic cosmetic surgery with the world renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. John Bostwick at Emory University.
With an inherent passion for improving the lives of others, Dr. Lynch has consistently refined his plastic surgery techniques through specialized training and active participation in many prestigious professional organizations. He feels that the combination of the preciseness of mathematics has helped him a great deal with the exactness needed in the art of plastic surgery while still maintaining a total desire to have the patient's holistic happiness fulfilled with his treatment.
