Dr. Noonan completed his medical degree at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and then trained in general surgery at Albany Medical College with an emphasis on major trauma. During this time, he gained an appreciation for the importance of plastic surgery in the healing process and went on to pursue a residency in plastic surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School. Dr. Noonan continued his training by completing a plastic surgery fellowship at Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland.
