This is a great patient for treatment with the CoolSculpt device.  Notice that she does not have very large areas that might be better suited for liposuction. She was treated with the CoolSculpt device in the office of Dr. David B Reath.  The device is hooked up and the hour begins for each area approached.

When the device is taken off, the area is red but not hurting.  It is then massaged to give the crystals more intensity of being injured and then the body works by itself to absorb the "injured" fat cells.  Pretty interesting technology.

Patients will see improvements within 3 weeks and then continue even for a couple of months but patients are seeing for the most part significant enhancements where they wanted them.

Of course, it comes down to expectations also.  Please see the Tummy Tuck and liposuction sections of this website.  You can find the doctor and specific procedure by clicking on Photo Gallery on the first page.  Then click the ADVANCED SEARCH TOOL...(this is a red color) and click Tummy Tuck and the name of the physician...and Liposuction...and the name of the doctor.  This will go directly to procedures that might be helpful to see if you would fit there or in the category of CoolSculp.
